Abstract本文中运用SEM、XRD、拉曼光谱和XPS分析了国产核级304不锈钢在290℃、氧浓度为3 ppm的纯水中浸泡不同时间后生成的氧化膜的形貌、结构和成分变化.结果表明,高温含氧水中形成的氧化膜主要为刚玉结构的α-(Fe,Cr)2O3;膜表层早期有Cr的富集,而后期有Fe的富集;外层形状不规则的氧化物颗粒均匀形核后逐渐长大,相互接触后使外层变得更为致密.氧化膜形成初期发生金属元素的选择性溶解,氧化物的形核主要通过吲相反应完成,而氧化物后期的长大主要通过溶解沉积方式进行.
