高氯环境下CO2对13Cr不锈钢腐蚀行为的影响

Abstract研究了高氯环境下CO2 对13Cr 不锈钢腐蚀行为的影响,并讨论了Cl -与CO2 的协同作用。结 果表明:在单一高氯环境下,13Cr 不锈钢以点蚀为主,Cl -与CO2 的协同作用改变了不锈钢的腐蚀行 为,呈现出晶间腐蚀与点蚀共存的腐蚀形态。晶界贫Cr 及含CO2 溶液体系较低的PH 值是造成13Cr 腐蚀行为转变的根本原因。
