5083铝合金基体Alum-Uniprot2100无铬复合化学转化膜性能研究

Abstract采用自主研发的Alum-Uniprot 2100 无铬复合化学转化工艺,在5083 铝合金基体上获得了一 种钛锆基氧化物/有机硅化学转化膜。结果表明,Alum-Uniprot 2100 无铬复合化学转化膜均匀致密, 无微裂纹出现;经Alum-Uniprot 2100 工艺处理后,5083 铝合金基体出白锈时间可达336 h 以上;自腐 蚀电流降低了约4 个数量级,阻抗值提高了约3 个数量级,5 %中性NaCl 溶液浸泡14 天后阻抗值下 降幅度不到一个数量级;Alum-Uniprot 2100 无铬化学转化膜色差值E <2 ,在饱和Ca(OH)2 溶液中 浸泡120 h 后无破坏发生。
