单晶高温合金凝固组织演化数值模拟与预测

Abstract通过建立晶体生长元胞自动机模型,实现了单晶高温合金凝固微观组织数值模拟。对不同冷速条件下一种镍基单晶高温合金凝同组织的模拟表明,随着单晶生长底端冷却速度的增大,枝晶间距显著减小;随着冷速的进一步增大,枝晶生长出现不稳定,部分枝晶出现异常长大的三次枝晶,形成单晶中的凝同缺陷,部分枝晶开始向胞晶转变:通过模拟预测了当冷速增大到一定程度时,单晶组织将完全由胞晶组成,晶干间距显著减小。
