AbstractMonel K-500合金是在Monel400合金基础上发展起来的沉淀强化型镍铜基合金,本文系统研究了Monel K-500合金冷拔材变形工艺及时效制度对性能的影响规律,通过试验表明,在冷拔变形量为20%~25%时,经过560℃~520℃时效处理,合金综合性能最好,同时随变形量的增大,合金最佳时效温度随之下降。
