水热-溶剂热法制备高分散球形LiFePO4

Abstract采用水热-溶剂热法制备球形LiFePO4,考察了不同溶剂对材料结构、微观形貌以及电化学性能等方面的影响。采用乙二醇混合溶剂制备得到的LiFePO4呈类球形,具有较高的分散性,0.1C放电比容量为165.0mAh/g,15C放电比容量为108.2mAh/g。1C循环135次以后,放电比容量仍达到138.7mAh/g,容量保持率高达98.5%,具有优异的倍率和循环性能。
