EDM和ESM孔对DD32单晶高温合金持久性能的影响

Abstract研究了EDM和ESM加工孔对DD32单晶合金在1 000℃/280 MPa条件下持久性能的影响。结果表明,两种电加工方式均降低合金的持久性能,特别是明显降低持久伸长率。ESM孔试样的持久寿命和持久伸长率都优于EDM孔试样。EDM加工孔内表面要比ESM加工孔内表面氧化程度更高,且ESM孔内表面相对于EDM孔内表面更加密实和光滑。但是,ESM孔和EDM孔内表面都有30μm左右的反应层。多源裂纹在EDM或ESM加工孔周围萌生,并在持久变形过程中向基体内部扩展。
