液态金属冷却定向凝固技术的发展与应用

Abstract单晶叶片是先进航空发动机、燃气轮机的核心热端部件。与传统定向凝固工艺比较,液态金属冷却(LMC)定向凝固工艺显著提高了固液界面前沿的温度梯度,使单晶叶片凝固缺陷减少、组织细化、性能提升。本文介绍了LMC工艺的发展和应用,以及面临的技术挑战和近年来的关键技术突破。
