Abstract对于β凝固合金而言,添加B并形成颗粒状或短棒状硼化物可以有效阻止晶粒长大,实现上述目标。但若硼化物呈弯曲长条状,则限制晶粒长大的作用有限,且构件服役过程中条带状硼化物有可能成为裂纹源。杨锐团队针对两个具有重要工业应用背景的TiAl合金中弯曲长条状硼化物的形成条件进行了细致的研究。本文将报告研究结果并对钛铝金属间化合物的精密铸造技术进行简要回顾。
