含金硫酸烧渣边磨边浸非氰浸金试验研究

Abstract采用塔式磨浸机对金品位3. 55 g/t,含砷0. 19%,含硫0. 80%的含金硫酸烧渣进行碱式预处理、非氰边磨边浸和搅拌浸出试验研究。结果表明:边磨边浸—搅拌浸出工艺适宜处理该含金硫酸烧渣,在最佳条件下,采用非氰浸金剂JJC,可获得良好指标,金浸出率由常规浸出的74. 4%提高到90. 4%;超细磨边磨边浸可显著提高金的浸出效果。该研究结果可为其他含金烧渣和含金矿石中金的有效回收提供借鉴。
