液态反应法制备TiCp增强铸造Fe—Cr—Ni基复合材料

Abstract研究了利用液反应法制备的TiC颗粒(TiC)增强铸造Fe-Cr-Ni基复合材料的显微结构和力学性能,该复合材料主要由γ基体和均匀分布和尺寸为1-5μm的球状或多面体状TiCp组成,γ/TiCp界面洁净,两相造近界面的区域内均存在高密度位错,(Ti+C)加入量(质量分数)为3-6%时复合材料的常温和高温拉伸性能比基体合金明显提高,其拉伸断口在800℃时仍能保持韧性断裂特征。
