摘要 | Influence of different upper temperatures on thermal fatigue property of DZ951 alloy was investigated in this paper. The results show that the propagation rate of thermal fatigue crack increases and the resistance of thermal fatigue decreases, with the rise of upper temperature. Thermal fatigue property of DZ951 alloy after heat treatment was improved. The initiation and propagation of thermal fatigue crack of the alloy is mainly by oxidation and join of oxidative cavity. The propagation direction of thermal fatigue crack has some crystal orientation and is along < 110 > direction in {111} plane. The angle between the propagation direction and the orientation of crystal growth is 45 degrees. |
