水性无铬达克罗涂料的制备与性能研究

Abstract采用片状锌粉和铝粉为填料,硅烷A-187为成膜物,制备了一种水性无铬达克罗涂料,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、中性盐雾实验、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱对涂层的表面形貌、成分及耐蚀性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:制备的水性无铬达克罗涂料具有优异的储存稳定性, 50 ℃/48 h涂料无变化;涂装后的无铬水性涂层表面均匀平整,无明显缺陷,经480 h中性盐雾实验,表面无红锈产生;水性无铬达克罗涂层腐蚀电位负移,腐蚀电流减小了两个数量级,腐蚀电阻增加,涂层具有较好的防护性能。
